Last weekend I made some mussels! I used mussels, chopped onions, crushed tomatoes, some coconut milk, and red wine to make this meal. It was very tasty. I used frozen mussels because the fresh mussels were a bit small. Next time I will use the live ones!

I cooked steak one night for some of my friends. I season my meat lightly with salt and pepper before grilling. The steak was cooked medium and the cut was rib-eye. Rib-eye is one of my favorite cuts, its very tasty and well marbled. My second favorite cut is the tenderloin. It really depends on how hungry you are. The more hungry you feel, a rib-eye will be more satisfying. Overall I am still practicing my steak cooking techniques! What I learnt is that you should let your steak rest for a while before cutting it up! I served my steak with a nice homemade mushroom sauce. I wish I had a side of fries to accompany my dish, however it would have been very messy to make!
