I had the Hazelnut, Caramel and Pistachio Macaroons
Overall Thierry is a great place for having tea and desserts. They close around 11pm, so it's a great place to go to for dessert after dinner. The only problem is that this place is usually packed with people, and they usually sell out of all the good macaroon flavors.
The Macaroons were pretty good. The texture of the macaroons were chewy.. in comparison to the macaroons at Thomas Haas, which is softer and more delicate. Between Thomas Haas and Thierry, I personally prefer the macaroons at Thomas Haas.
Now its time to go to Paris for some real macaroons!
